Aracalandanza

LOOP

About the show

Aracaladanza enters "Loop" with a series of moments that question the constraints of the stage in search of its magic, with the aim of freeing the imagination of audiences of all ages. With the contribution of the same avant-garde artistic team that has been sharing its ingenuity, creativity and aesthetic values for more than two decades, Aracaladanza makes the stage itself the protagonist.

"Loop" is a love letter to the stage machinery that this Madrid-based company has created, a company in which dancers, machinists and electricians, along with curtains, spotlights, storage boxes, backdrops, linoleum floors, steps, carpets, mats... transform dance into a magical performance in which the stage, its elements and those who work on it become the protagonists.

In between the applause when the show begins and the cheers when it ends, the audience will be witnesses and accomplices in this imaginary adventure in which they are also part of the show. With a subtle sense of humour that runs throughout the show, the set is the theatrical space itself, where everything that happens is ultimately discovered in such a way that magic reveals its own tricks without ceasing to amaze.
