Discounts and promotional passes

Centro Danza Matadero this offers while seats last for each performance.

General discount of 20% 

•    Unemployed individuals
•    Large families

General discount 25% 

• Retirees and individuals over 65 years old
• Younth cards holders
• Children under 14
• Groups of 20 or more people (Reservations via +34 913 184 700 or reservasgrupos@madrid-destino.com)

30% Promotional Pass

A 30% discount is applied to each spectator purchasing tickets for at least 4 to 9 performances.

General discount 50% 

• People with disabilities, wheelchair users, and their companions

• Groups of 6 or more from educational, cultural, and training institutions (schools, high schools, vocational training centers, universities, dance schools, conservatories, performing arts schools, academies, etc.) For groups of less than 6 people, there is a direct discount of 5 euros upon presentation of the card.

  To request a 50% group discount, send an email to actividades@centrodanzamatadero.com, including an official document from the institution stating the number of tickets requested.

Refund Policy

Ticket Refunds

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of show cancellation. If a show is canceled, refund requests for online purchases should be sent to entradas@madrid-destino.com. 

Usage Rules

• Punctuality: Late arrivals will not be allowed once the performance has started. Please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance.
• Ticket Sales: Available online and at the Matadero box office.
• Mobility-Reduced Access: Please notify us when purchasing your tickets.
• Seating Arrangement: The audience seating is in tiered stands.
• Ticket Retention: Please keep your ticket until the end of the performance. You may be asked to show it if you leave and return to the venue.
